SleepOut 2019

Join us on Friday, April 5th at 5 p.m. for our 12th annual event to help end homelessness!
Bring your extended family and friends to hear live music, taste amazing food by Joshua Catering, celebrate with fun kids activities and games, enjoy a small silent auction and listen to inspiring stories during the memorable mission program as we raise awareness about the estimated 3,000 men, women and children in our area who are homeless.
The program ends around 9 p.m. when participants can choose to “SleepOut”, or go home to “SleepIn” – regardless, everyone is encouraged to reflect on their experience, and honor those who are homeless, or have made their journey in to self-sufficiency.

Sleeping Out:

While sleeping out at SleepOut is not required, it is encouraged! You can choose to sleep indoors or outside, under cover or not. Many participants choose to bring tents, and there will be people on hand to help set-up if needed.

Sleeping In:

Should you choose to not spend the night at SleepOut, you can go home and sleep “in” after the program, or you can choose another day to honor our local homeless. Pick any day you would like and sleep in your backyard, or someplace other than your bed. Resources are available to teach children and adults more about homelessness so SleepIn can become an educational opportunity as well as raise awareness.

$25 per participant to register, but participants are encouraged to get others to support them through pledges to reach their fundraising goals; Sponsorship opportunities are available and provide great benefits. Visit to learn more or register!

Here are answers to some of our frequently asked questions.

Do I have to SleepOut?

No! You can make a donation, join a team, attend the program, participate in the silent auction and then SleepIn in the comfort of your own bed. You can attend some, or all, or none of the events of that day, your level of participation is entirely up to you!
